No Refunds


DebsTravel Club Store has a no cash refund policy. If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the items to DebsTravel Club Store for store credit only. Merchandise received will be inspected by DebsTravel Club Store. After inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your store credit.

Returns/Exchanges


The DebsTravel Club Online Store offers a 30-day return or exchange policy. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be unworn and in the same condition as received. 

DebsTravel Club Store will replace any item(s) deemed defective or damaged within 30 days at no charge. We will also exchange items due to size, provided they are unworn and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return items to DebsTravel Club Store and for the return postage of exchanged items.

To begin the return process, email us at ccsupport@debstravel.biz. Once your return is approved, we will follow up with additional instructions.

You must receive approval from DebsTravel Club Store before shipping any items back. Upon approval, you will be required to pay the shipping cost to return the items, and you will receive an invoice for the shipping of exchanged items.
